Altho' I'm still overseas my Hobart chums tell me the the casino is the place to be tonight (12 midnight KO) for the Australia Ghana game. Apparently other venues around Hobart have had a smattering of supporters for various games, however the casino seems to be THE place (can anyone confirm this ?) assuming that is the case let's get everyone at the one Hobart venue to support the SOCCEROO'S tonight, face they need all the help they can get! Does anyone know the most popular venue in Launceston and the north west ? Add comments |

From what I can see.. Prince of Wales is the "official" TUFC venue. Casino is the "official" FFT venue. I'm not sure where to go myself, at least at the Cas I know I will find a park (I don't want to be driving around trying to find a park in the middle of the night) and I know there will be screens that I can see (which may not be possible in a smaller venue if crowded)... I do want to support TUFC... but apart from a couple of comments from John McGirr on the facebook page I'm not sure what exactly TUFC will get out of me turning up! I think it'll be the Casino for me... |
